"update: I was able to get a refund for earbuds that don't work without having anything for the associate to scan. However, when I brought back a third pair of earbuds that doesn't work, the exact same associate refused to give a return. Corporate needs to make it so store associates can change names of customers in-store. Also, two sets of earbuds have broke each within 14 days of me purchasing them and starting to buy them."

"Extremely poor customer service. I decided to leave. I'm done. Won't be back. I put one item down when I realized it was not the price as expected. It said on sale but then it said 9 dollars so instead of 1.52 on sale I decided to put them back with the scissors I was then rudely addressed as if I was like some criminal or some animal I mean the hostility was extreme they were so hostile towards me I decided no way this location is not worth it. Psycho male employee won't have a job long. What a psycho. Done. And yes the customer can put something down if they choose to. Like yeah right. Goodbye. Not worth it."
