"Staff was completely unwelcoming and unorganized. They made us feel as if we were an inconvenience to them the entire time. We felt so uneasy about their rude behavior that we left without buying anything. The store was poorly maintained, had very few suits to try on, and it had a less class than a run-down walmart. Management should be ashamed of their establishment. Zero Stars."

"Showed for an appt we had made online for a fitting and to view some suit options for our wedding. The staff seemed bewildered by our arrival, desperately uneager to greet us, and had the most un enthusiastic attitude the entire time. The man who 'assisted' us gave me 2 outdated suit options for rental; and when I asked about more options w buying, he went in to say "buying a suit is going to be close to $700" assuming apparently, we wouldnt be able to afford that. I literally could barely get this guy to speak, let alone sell me something. Me and my entire family were so incredibly uncomfortable with the energy we were receiving from the "workers" that we couldnt get out of there soon enough. Cringe. I cannot explain how uncomfortable we all felt in the store. My fiance and myself more or less had to lead the entire "appointment" because getting anything from this man was like pulling teeth. We were NOT welcomed. And they made it very obvious. Hope they dont work from commission...cause they had the potential to SELL me several suits yesterday...and dropped the ball."

"I've bought several suits and other men's clothing from the Racine Men's Wearhouse. My recent experiences have left much to be desired. The current staff never have a smile on their faces and act bothered to assist me. Just last month I dropped over $500 on some shirts, a tie, shoes, khakis and 3 pairs of socks. I recently discovered a pair of the socks I had recently purchased had a tear in them, so I went back to exchange them. The treatment I received from the staff was nothing short of disrespectful. They first told me they couldn't find my online receipt and when I returned with the paper receipt, the assistant manager told me she did find the online version. Bottom line, I felt like the first sales person jerked me around. During the exchange, the assistant manager asked me if the socks had been worn. I told her no. I had discovered they had a hole in them when I was going to wear them. All this fuss over a ten dollar pair of socks. They acted like I was trying to get something over on them. How ridiculous. I've spent well over a thousand dollars at that location, but they will no longer get any of my business."

"I can't begin to say how amazing Shirley Clair Brandon and the rest of the crew there were for us. From the moment we came in they made sure every second of our time was amazing. The suit fit perfectly. But really even if it didn't I wouldn't have cared. They made me feel like I was perfect. Rarely do I see the customer service care that they gave me. There's no where else I would recommend for any type of men's clothing. Thank you so much for making my wedding amazing"
