"Highway robbery, their prices for shipping are far more than any other shipper. $122 to ship 6-bottles (my own packaging) to Chicago, when my other go-to place, Crown charges $36. Every time I take packages to this store it’s always so expensive. I’m not comparing them to larger UPS or FedEx stores either, I’m comparing them to a small mom and pop place like crown shipping. I understand the cost of doing business is greater in a small town too, but 6 bottles shipped to an area with hundreds of hubs, not like it a rural area, and they are charging more than double what a similar shipping company (small business in sonoma county) does. That’s too much. Do yourself a favor and plan ahead and take it some place else."

"Overall I am extremely unsatisfied with the current owners. I have been using this business since it opened with the prior family and have seen it turn into nothing more than an unfriendly environment. Shawn is unprofessional and does not know how to treat customers. One does not need to give an attitude simply because you must be having a bad day. I will make sure to no longer refer individuals to this location and will take my business elsewhere. I wish the new owners would have taken some good tips from the past owners whom I am sure the town of Windsor misses greatly."

They also stock products from a bunch of other local small businesses such as Bella Rosa and Golden Kettlecorn as well as the usual stationary supplies.
