"I am not sure what others classify as expensive but everything here was under ten dollars, and under twenty for nicer things (like leather coats). Everything was organized and clean, we came here looking for photo frames. They didn't have much but we found something we like. Currently, their dressing rooms are closed and they aren't taking furniture donations."

"I don't like to give mediocre reviews and have loved the Goodwill - it was one of my Grandma's favorite places to get deals when I was younger and for most my life. But the prices have gone up tremendously it's like you aren't even shopping at a thrift store. The quality of the products haven't gone up, so why has the prices? Almost all Goodwill throughout Sonoma County have increased prices way too high. You can find stuff in here, just be prepared to pay higher prices than the "old days". I prefer Pick of the Litter (on Piner Road) or Sutter VNA & Hospice Thrift Store (on Cleveland by Trader Joe's) - those places still have good prices you would expect at a thrift store. This Goodwill is nice to have though in Windsor and it's close to Walmart and Home Depot and easy parking out front and friendly clerks."

"Today will be the last time I shop at the Windsor Goodwill. Not only did they get rid of their customer favorite "color of the week" they raised their prices, they have staff who are hoity toity and act as if they are working at Newman Marcus and not 2nd hand store. The rudeness was unbelievable. They have tried this new "retail" "basic pricing" platform for 3 weeks. This location, on any Sunday, used you be packed and the selection picked clean because it was the place to get great deals. Today ... barely a customer and the racks were packed, not a good sign."

"Great place to go and kill some time. We order a pizza from across the street"Pizza Guys" and take a stroll over to the goodwill store. We usually find something that catches our eye. We always buy something from here...something small....or really big. Staff are really friendly and helpful. They don't mind us playing with toys and goofing around. Great place to shop and browse."

"I’ve been shopping at this store for 4 yrs now. Usually once a week or every few weeks. Often I might have a pretty full cart of items that I would buy & recycle to use in my art. And often some good clothing finds as well. But for the past year or so the prices have steadily increased to just plain ridiculous. These items are most often scratched, chipped or faded yet the price is way out of line. I rarely shop here anymore. The staff has always been friendly. But just about the time you get to know someone they leave. Seems they constantly have new people but I have never had a bad customer experience here. I recommend Forgotten Felines (super clean & good prices) & also the Mission (super grungy but excellent prices). They are near each other in Santa Rosa. This past weekend we had a full cart of glassware (all in excellent condition) & other items from the Mission & we spent $63.00. Well worth every penny."
