"The service was outstanding! I was taken care of promptly. A gentleman greeted me and asked what he could do for me within 30 seconds of entering the store. I explained my phone issue and he explained that the screen was malfunctioning. I decided to get a new phone. I sat down with a young lady that was also very knowledgeable. She quickly handled my purchase and transferred all my phone info. Everyone there was very pleasant work with. It was the best visit to a Verizon retailer in several years.
