"I order oatmeal every day. Every single time, it’s cold. They put more brown sugar than they do oatmeal. I normally go to other locations- which is probs what I’ll end up doing. SMH. Who messes up oatmeal?"
"Was charged $6.84 for a small mint mocha. I ordered a medium and when questioned her she told me it was because I ordered non-fat milk. Wouldn't provide my receipt."
"My latest attempt at a decent drink ended up with a PACKED cup of ice and barely any expresso. Seems the morning is the worst time to come, since I have never had problems later in the day. I have learned that if I come in the morning I need to order an extra shot and be prepared to get less product. I have avoided writing a review because I didn’t want to penalize a random bad experience but I have had bad service in the morning consistently."
"First time visiting this Carabou. I was so excited to have one in town. But it was terrible! Blended Mocha tasted like pure chocolate syrup! My friends drinks wrte very chocolate heavy. But not as bad as mine was. Could not even drink it! Very, very disappointed!"
