"Since Kroger bought Pick & Save/Metro Market they must have fired the web developers from the previous organizations. Why do I think this. The email sent for their weekly ad is more to the effect that we are still in business but we no longer have sales (loss leads). These were effective for getting customers in the door. Yes the store is clean. Yes the store is over priced."

"DO NOT BUY GROCERIES HERE! Definitely do no do online pick up! For the second time I received a call (just prior to my pick up time) stating they could not fill my groceries. The man that called gives continous excuses. Even when I said it would be ok if the pick up was an hour later to give them more time. He proceeded to tell me he didn't know if or when he would get to my order on that day. When I called to speak to a manager there wasn't one available because they were all in a meeting. When I called again none were available to come to the phone. When I called the third time no one even picked up the phone at all."
