"Picked up a gun a couple weeks ago on a Tuesday night. Waited over an hour to be waited on. The only reason it was that quick is because 3 people left because they were tired of waiting. For the first hour they had one person behind the gun counter and who knows how many in the back room. There were already 6 people in the Queue. What gets me is you have multiple people coming out to double check the paper work which tells me they must be authorized to do background checks, yet no one steps in to help when it’s busy. This is not the first time this has happened to me. I know it’s hard to find help these days, but the night I was there the store was pretty much dead. It’s not like people were rushing around answering questions. Once you get to the gun counter, the staff is always very nice and the process is quick. It’s nothing against them. Just poor management. A little more focus on customer service. Look at other reviews basically saying the same things. It would help a lot if you had the people just looking at guns in a separate Queue."

"Wow, what a store. Impressive in size and decor. Lots of taxidermy to go with the hunting and camping theme. They even have a mountain, yes a mountain, in the back of the store with a waterfall and an aquarium! I was just doing an online, delivery to store, pickup. When smoothly, just showed my pickup ready email and my ID."
