"Just wanted to take the opportunity to highlight a great customer service experience I had with an employee at this location. I went through the drive through and ordered an oat milk shaken espresso and bacon egg and Gouda sandwich. As soon as i finished ordering i realized that i didn’t have my wallet and my gift card would not have covered both items. So when i drove around to the window i asked the young lady working if could cancel the sandwich because i had forgotten my wallet. This young lady replied that she would just give me the sandwich for free since it was already made. And said that mistakes happen. I thanked her and while i waited for the coffee she asked me how my day was and was very warm and kind. I asked what her name was and she replied Anya(hope i spelled it right). Anya was absolutely amazing. She was very kind and made this one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in quite some time! Simply put, Thank you Anya."

"My go-to Starbucks in the area. Staff is great for the most part, love my Americano. Only coffee spot that gets it right consistently (thanks to their espresso machine and training). Feedback: a few times, because the Americano is incredibly hot, the lid has come off and spilled all over and burned hands. Pretty sure it’s standard to double cup Americanos to help prevent that. Depends on which barista is at the bar. Also one time my coffee tasted like chemicals, which was extremely disappointing and yucky. It seems like the machine wasn’t rinsed/run through enough times after cleaning. Update: Staff not as attentive as previously, lots of personal conversations going on with customers waiting in line for orders. I know each team member has their role; however, can be frustrating hearing loud personal stories while there’s a line of empty cups needing to be made."

"We came in 15 minutes before they closed. They were already closing early because of “‘mishaps” and denied service to us because the drive through had 5-10 cars. We then asked if we could come in and order, they said no and acted very unprofessional. Do better Starbucks. Disappointed is a understatement with the work ethic these days."

"Friendly staff who are working as fast & hard as they can while still providing quality service. My drinks have always been excellent & the vibe inside is nice when it’s not filled with high schoolers. Yes there’s a bit of a wait, but when you remember that this Starbucks is located right off the highway, near Epic, next door to a high school, and is the first/only Starbucks in the area — obviously it’s going to be busy and there will be waits. Have patience, & maybe avoid coming during high traffic times if waiting annoys you. Inside there are a dozen or so tables with chairs, the booths have outlets beneath them. Along the wall there are 4 sets of armchairs which are nice for catching up with a friend."

"Ordered online at 9:02am, got there to find a locked door and needed to go through the drive through instead. It’s 9:30am by the time we get to the window and the barista on the other side argues about remaking the drink. Unlikely to be back and happy to have a reason to support the better local coffee shops in the area now that there’s no longer convenient online ordering at this location."
