"The manager Brian is super rude. They gave me rain check for an item that was not available over 30 ago. When I wanted to use it yesterday , they denied me saying the rain check was only valid for 30 days. For fact, there is no policy written saying that the validity of any rain check is only 30 days. However the manager and picknsave representative said they remember that they told me verbally that the rain check was only valid 30 days. I can’t imagine that someone would remember what he/she said 2 days ago, then how would you remember what said over 30 days ago. That manager is rude and very disrespectful. I will never come back again and I will make sure all my family and community are aware of that branch experience."
"It's a proper Pick n Save. Meat department and Produce department are well stocked with quality items. The store is clean and has everything you'd expect and need in a grocery store. There is self-checkout, but also regular checkouts open too. The self checkout is well monitored throughout the day and its been rare that I've seen a long line in the checkout lanes. Staff is friendly and courteous. And cashiers are quick."

"I found out going to this store before 7, that it does not open till 7. But went to this store months later and there was a new store hour sign showing opening now at 6. Three days later I go there at 6:10 and was closed. There is a sign left of the entrance door showing opening hour of 6, and another sign right of the entrance door showing 7. Left of the entrance door was posted opening time of 6. So hey Manager, pay attention to your store and get the store hours straight!"
"This is what they gave me through order pick up. Passing off old items on unsuspecting pick up orders. Also got a soft cucumber. Wouldn’t give me a refund unless I drive back there and come in."
