Arrived there to find out that is not available at the Franklin, Wi store but at a nearby store. The associate who found me wondering near the filter area was a very kind person. He took upon himself to call the nearby store and it was confirmed that the filter is available there. 5 stars to the associate, three stars to the store because should have replenished the shelves."
