"Wonderful facility with all sorts of recreational facilities. Close to the town of Felton, and the cities of Scotts Valley and Santa Cruz. And close to mountain and beach recreation as well. Not to mention the outdoor amphitheater. Definitely coming back!"

"Great place for a retreat! The food was good. Cabins were extremely clean. The main auditorium could use an update but is functional. Overall, we had a great time!"

"I am sorry to say that this team of people don’t know how to make quality food for the campers. They don’t understand it is not difficult to prepare vegan food. Yet they under nourish the campers by giving them a tortilla or they will give them a cold soy patty with nothing else. Any special dietary needs such as gluten free campers also suffer. I highly suggest that they prepare with simple easy and cost effective meals. Everything can be made vegan without extra effort. In addition even the food that has meat and animal products is low quality and the campers all complain."

"If you have a gluten allergy make sure you don't stay here. Came with my church and kitchen staff said they weren't aware first day. Ok, so shame on my church staff for not making sure (if that was the case) but next two days after being told by kitchen staff they would accommodate my allergy there was no real effort to make Sure that my meals were plan ahead. I just wish that they would have cared a bit more so I was able to not have to watch everyone else eat good and settle for less during time for fellowship time!"

"This is a great retreat center, especially for those late fall/winter events. There’s a good amount of walking, which is nice and the site offers useful amenities."
