"My son had the neuron sandwich (pulled pork and Mac n cheese) he said it was the best sandwich ever. The own was there and he was incredibly nice. Chatted with my entire family for about 15 min. The employees were knowledgeable and quick as well. Food was as yummy as I remember. Definitely don't miss."

"ordered online from De Pere location, and received online confirmation. My card was then charged $55.75. A while thereafter, I received a text saying "track your order here". I watched while two separate drivers consecutively waited for my order and left. Finally, after an hour, my order was cancelled. I called the store and they said, "We don't have your order." So. Drivers showed up to pick up an order they didn't have, and they claimed they couldn't refund me for an order they didn't have. But they COULD charge my card for an order they didn't have. They just couldn't refund me. I asked for a manager and was told they didn't have one. My daughter later called for a store number, and was told they didn't "know it". How do you not know your own franchise number? Thank goodness my bank opened an investigation claim and refunded me for this fraudulent charge, since the staff clearly didn't know the operations of their store enough to fix their mistake."
"Sad to say this, but absolutely trash. They have been an on and off place for my wife and I to frequent. Placed order via website at 7:01 per the printed receipt on the bag. Follow up email stated 736 delivery. Called at 745 wondering where it was and door dash never picked it up. Drove down and walked in at 754 and 2 orders (including mine) were ready for pickup. So I'll bring my sick wife her soup that's been sitting for an hour. As I wrote this and the clock passes 8pm the lights turn off and they locked up the store. No delivery for that other order either. For a place that says "we deliver" I assure everyone you "they" don't. I would encourage them to do better by their patrons."
