"Some things are sacred in the fast food industry. One of those is ketchup. The ketchup here is clearly cut DEEP with water. I’m not even saying a little water wouldn’t be acceptable. I get it. You’re trying to save some cash. This ketchup is probably 50% added water. It literally sloshes around in those little white paper cups. Pretty gross and I’d say it’s not helping the crinkle fries experience in the least. The food is good, the condiments at this location are a big swing and a miss."
"The employees always try to be friendly and get your order right every time. Not going to lie, sometimes there's a mixup but they always make it right in the end."
"Employee in the drive thru was super rude, don’t know what’s happened to the hiring standard at this location, but it has gone downhill. The guy in the drive thru, made me feel pretty unwelcome, and was not wearing gloves while sorting my food into packages and into my bag. Used to love coming here, I will actively avoid this location now."
"How classy is begging for tips? Do you come to the table and take orders? Do you refill customers drinks? Do you make sure the food is good? Do you clean up the area when the customer is finished eating? What next, asking people to donate for your kid's clothes or to help pay your bills? If you want to EARN more money, then get an education. Their classic cheesesteak looks great on TV and that is it. I unwrapped mine and it looked like vomit poured onto a bun. It was all over! Service is also very slow. If you enjoy being disappointed have a date night at Arby's on GV."
