"We absolutely love Chula Vista KinderCare!! We’ve been here for just over 6 months and the staff and the teachers are fantastic and communicative. Our toddler comes home singing songs he learned in class and gets to do art projects in his classroom that stimulate his creativity! We absolutely love the app they use and the teachers are amazing at taking pictures throughout the day so I can see my little one having fun (which is especially wonderful when I’m away and traveling for work!) Highly recommend!"

"Not recommend to the parents to put the kids there, they don’t have taken care good of the kids, they leave them with runny nose and the kids always get hurt every day from different ways! Also, strange that two guys working there ! They was calling me every day to tell me that something happened with my son. I was taking him every time to the doctor because or emergency, he’s full because I or he’s sick. They keep give you this excuse they are kids that happen. No it’s not supposed to be happened. They’ll kids get hurt every day and get sick every other day. They Don’t really care of the kids because they are big class and I’m suspicious. , so if you see this comment, take attention to that and don’t take your kids there. !!! that’s what’s a nightmare for me."

"When we did our initial visit, everything seemed fine. Once we enrolled, it was issue after issue. Parents were always asked to “volunteer” to keep their kid(s) home. This happened multiple times throughout the week for months. It was concerning for me. I was told that more children were being enrolled than they could hold. Classrooms were always out of ratio. We were notified by the center due to state showing up and seeing this violation. The center lacks communication from the director Ana and assistant director Rosa. I’ve asked many times for a follow ups and never would receive one. Billing was always an issue and I would ask for clarification and let them know of the errors and it took weeks for an answer or the problem to be fixed. I would send emails, make calls and have conversations in person and there was no change. Emily was nice and helpful. The infant teachers in my child’s classroom was wonderful! The center had different staff throughout the few months we were there which is also concerning because it makes me believe there is a deeper issue on why they can’t keep staff."

"As a single mom of two children who were always at home with me, taking that step to put them in daycare was incredibly difficult. The team at Kindercare are so sweet, honest, friendly, reliable, helpful, kind, caring, compassionate and patient with both the children and myself. I am so glad I chose this facility, not only are my children thriving and excited for every day, but the staff have helped overcome some hurdles we were experiencing at home from picky eating to potty training! I could not recommend Chula Vista Kindercare enough, they are a phenomenal team of professionals and I am both thankful and greatful to be part of the Kindercare family"
