"Waited over 25 minutes for food around midnight with one other person in front of us. No clue why, no mention from staff. Single star is because the food was fine"

"Edit: Reviewing based on customer service. The manager immediately reached out to me to let me know to stop by for a refund. I wasn't able to come by until nearly a month later. the staff inside and the manager were VERY nice and efficient for a refund. Upping my stars a bit for that. Maybe just go here during the day and go inside instead of the drive through. Reviewing a Wendy’s seems like a goofy choice. I was in the drive in, which was taking forever with 2 other cars. The person taking our order was rude and took my payment. He then told us to pull up to the next window. There is no next window. We stayed there and waited and waited and waited and everyone else got their food while no one gave us ours. Bizarre experience and i am seeking a refund since we never got food. Working fast food late at night isn’t an easy job but this was just weird. Side note, they don’t have the veggie burger that is on Wendy’s website."

"Every time I come here I’m constantly disappointed. Employee's are constantly rude. I understand the stress of working understaffed in food service but never is that a ticket to be rude to customers (unless they are first, I believe in that) This location needs to shut down, rehire and retrain or just stay down."

"I was a walk-up customer - I arrived late Saturday afternoon. There were 6 cars in the drive-up and 4 customers waiting for food inside. I was able to step right up and place my order - one Jr. Cheeseburger Deluxe and one Jr. Cheeseburger, plus two milks. I ordered this at 5:57 - note time stamp on receipt photo and clock indicating a time of 6:13 - at which point I still hadn't received my food. Note the second photo - 6:21 - taken immediately after receiving my food. I started walking toward Humboldt Park, pulled out the Jr. Cheeseburger Deluxe, and it was cold. I tried the Jr. Cheeseburger - same story. This franchisee has clearly given up. All the time I was there, the kitchen was in hot-mess mode, one employee stepped out for a break and nobody seemed to care that it took them 24 minutes to put together an $8.00 order of poorly made food. I complained online requesting I be contacted, and as of today, have received no response. A pathetic performance, all around."

"I got a $5 biggie bag, junior bacon. My bread was so hard. Top and bottom. I was tapping it on the table in the video so you could hear how hard it was Fries tasted old. My son agreed. Strawberry lemonade was great Son had a spicy chicken sandwich which he enjoyed minus the fries. I gave my nuggets to him and only drank my drink after the bread being so hard and the meat on my sandwich looking weird."
