"We stopped in, before our flight for a snack. The margarita was perfect!!!!! Chips & Salsa - great! And the service was fab - u - lous. Jhon G was making things happen - excellent friendly service!!!!"
"So it’s 12/28/2023 2:18 pm .. our bartender has an attitude.. tells me the strawberry lemonade is NOT refill able.. until we start looking up if it’s owned by the airport of if it’s a chilis store.. then says oh yeah I can refill it.. the food is over cooked.. my husbands bloody Mary was so spicy he had to choke it down.. I do not appreciate the attitude.. she had one the moment we sat down.. she does not need to deal with the public!!"
"It took us over an 20 minutes to get drinks. It took over an hour to get food. The server didn’t show up until about 20 minutes after we ordered our food which we had to do via the app which didn’t work correctly. My fajitas were almost cold, came with no guacamole. We almost were late to get in line for our place for our Southwest flight. This place needs new management who wasn’t even present. As an airport restaurant you’d expect not just prompter service you’d expect someone present to ensure that’s the case."
"I had breakfast at this location. The servers were polite and friendly. I had a sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich with breakfast potatoes. The food was hot and tasty. You do have to order using a QR code on the table."
"Worst experience. Didn't get apps and was told "there is no manager to help or take them off the bill. You can just take them now". We stated it was too late and we didnt want them and were told to still pay for them Salads all wrong. Given plastic silverware when everyone around us got real silverware. Sat and watched staff be rude to guest. Worst service. As people who worked Chili's...this place is not doing corporate any good."
