"I worked at Jimmy johns for two years and I’ve never seen the workers be slower than in this store. My boyfriend and I stopped in on our lunch break thinking they would be “freaky fast” but instead they made 10 sandwiches, taking their sweet time before they started our two. The sandwiches were still good, but man prioritize in shop and not delivery when it’s a single order"
"The customer service was awesome I've been to several Jimmy John restaurants. This is the first Jimmy John's where I have seen all of the workers work as a team. No one was standing around talking and doing nothing .I know firsthand how difficult it is to have a good workers. A crew like this is once-in-a-lifetime. The dining area was clean, the workstations for cleaning as they were preparing the food and the bathrooms was clean. This Crew definitely deserves recognition."
"I tried to order for delivery a few days ago and was called back by someone at the store to inform me that they didn’t have a driver on hand and would have to void the order. Apparently he forgot to take the delivery option off their website. I wasn’t mad because there’s all kinds of shortages these days so it’s understandable. But I still really wanted a sandwich and the cravings did not stop until I caved in and ordered from them again but this time, for pickup. I didn’t get a notification when it was ready so I just left at the time I scheduled it for. It was ready and waiting for me when I got there and I was elated. I haven’t had a JJ’s sammy in years and it tasted just like I remembered it. I have provided a cross section of the beautiful gargantuan sandwich for your viewing pleasure. Shout out to the staff for making it and keeping a clean looking store!"
