"Stopped in for lunch Arroz con gandules..... Yea... The rice lacked flavor and color, might as well have been white rice n beans, smh. "Salad" I was served consisted of lettuce n 2 tomato slices, no dressing/flavor to that either. Then there were 2 identical orders put in simultaneously and one came out with considerably more steak than the other.... Probably my last visit....."

"Had the pork jibarito sandwich with rice and pigeon peas. Plantain had a great fry, crispy outside and tender in. It held together perfectly. These guys know what their doing! Generous portion of roast pork was tender, flavorful and rich without being greasy. Mayo balances the pork wonderfully. One star off for spanish-only menus. Servers are friendly and attentive. Hope to return soon!"

"Service was ok. Food was delicious. Good Puerto Rican restaurant in what seems to be a Puerto Rican neighborhood. Everyone was nice and like i said the food was great. I had a friend with me that spoke Spanish and was able to translate some things to one of the waitresses who only spoke Spanish. There is another waiter who spoke English well. I'll definitely be back on my next visit to Milwaukee."
