"I went into this Dollar Tree, fully aware my infant's carseat would not fit into their carts. Thinking I was being smart, I opted to use the basket of her stroller as a cart. I went through the self checkout, as I had 3 separate transactions. I was really pleased with everything I was able to find, without having to make a stop at Target. Felt like I was also going to be saving some money, and was okay with the lesser quality. As I began checking out, the owner of the store came over, and accused me of theft. She started digging through items, and speaking to me very rudely. I explained to her my multiple transactions, and even apologized for my lack of organization. She continued on her with behavior, stating, "IT'S MY STORE, SO I'LL DO WHAT I WANT." Things were mixed up, and I was frazzled. I ended up paying for multiple items more than once. Fine. I just wanted out of there. Watching someone check out, or asking to view their receipts.. I mean, those are couple quick examples of professional ways of going about avoiding shoplifting. What you don't do, is act like she did. I'm Asian. Maybe it was racial profiling. Or maybe she just isn't very good at her job. Regardless, I won't be returning to her franchise."

Unable to perform the simplest tasks, get harassed right when you are obviously shopping, they pay no attention to what they're doing, try to ORDER YOU around, an try to start some mortal vendetta when you are walking out the door, don't matter who you are or how you act, lowlife central. Forget any positive reviews the customers are in the gutter."

Busy place as only general store with mostly $1.25 items for miles around. Popular with the college students on a budget. Takes SNAP and EBT cards for food items. Has carts and baskets to shop with. Lots of really inexpensive picnic, birthday, and holiday supplies. You always leave with more purchases than you were thinking of with a smile on your face at such good deals."
