"I got home to a vehicle covered in multiple oily hand prints, 2 very large oil stains in my driveway and an extremely soiled slider on the underside of my truck. Instead of removing the slider to do the oil change, they just let oil collect inside and on it. Clean up? Not a chance. I spoke with someone via messaging and was promised a call back regarding my issue, didn’t happen. I then left a different review online, ignored. This is my 3rd time attempting to warn people about the lack of professionalism displayed by this service department."
"Courteous, professional, and very fast service - took about half an hour. When I came back, I found that they had also recommended changing cabin & engine filters, so I asked if they could still do it. They pulled my truck back in and did it in 10min or so."
"I arrived on time for my appointment. I was surprised by the line of cars to enter; however, I did not have to wait at all. I have expected an oil change, but still not accustomed to using synthetic oil. They kept me informed of their progress and everything was completed in short order. There are two nice waiting rooms. I like the quiet room. Both waiting rooms were clean and orderly."
"Very good service and on time with appointments. It would help very much if customers had the ability to manage contact about services. I prefer a text/email when setting an appointment, and a single reminder. Unfortunately, the only way to avoid multiple reminders is to unsubscribe from all. Now I don't know if I will ever receive a message about service. Update: the multiple updates have changed to something manageable. Thanks. Oil change and tire rotation was very fast. Wish the techs would put stuff back where they found it, and not change controls in the car."
