"BIGGEST SHOUT OUT TO AUTUMN!!! This woman is a BEAST with battery installation!! To give you the whole story, I arrived Friday, 12/29 at 5:35pm(they close at 6 holiday hours). I thought because I had a newer car(2021) it would be easy.. it definitely was NOT. The gentleman that started with my car couldn’t get the case off(sounds silly but it was actually very complicated) he said I need to go to a shop to change it. He went back inside to get Autumn. She gives female mechanics a great name- She was able to figure out the 6 points to get the case off and GOT IT DONE!! She was in the cold for an 1.5 hrs and stayed well over an hour after they closed to make sure I had a new battery! AUTUMN YOU’RE AMAZING! THANK YOU!!!"
"It took forever to fill an online order. My battery was sitting on the online pickup rack without a ticket. I found it before the guy at the store did. Then it took them forever to find my order number and verify that I paid online. Then once they finally found my order they didn't know how to check me out and print a receipt."
