"We went here to Christmas shop. I couldn't find what I was looking for in the food area because a lot of it was already bought up and I think prices are kinda high on clothes. But when there are sales it's an amazing place to go. My hubby likes to buy his birdseed there. And I do love the shoes, slippers, and isles and isles of amazing things!"

"Went to GB West 1/6/2023 2 PM. Called store and asked for firearms department. Talked to a younger guy and asked if they could hold a gun for me because i was traveling from 30 minutes away and they only had 1 left in stock. He told me they could hold it for 3 hours. He was very nice and i told him i would be there within a hour. When i showed up at firearm department. There were 2 younger guys behind the counter and a older guy that asked if he could help me. I told the older guy i had a gun on hold for Darren and he would not let me finish . He had a bad attitude and barked at me saying they don't hold firearms for anyone/ acting like i was a liar. Then after that he said he knew that i called and asked me to show him the gun i wanted. If he knew i called, why do i have to show him the firearm if he knew what it was???? My wife said to me this guy has a bad attitude and buy the gun some place else. I traveled 30 minutes and did not want to do more traveling. I have bought many firearms/other items from appleton before but they were out of this one and that is why i went to GB West. I think i might have to consider to shop some where else next time."

"5/5 fleet farm is ONE of the best stores around! Last 2 times we went was amazing from the gun sales team and checkout. One team member always stands out and puts a smile on our face is Zak he is always up for a high five and to tell us about the packer with such pride! He is a Rockstar! And a great guy!"

"Disappointing experience. Bought an ice fishing shelter on Black Friday as a gift. Upon getting home I noticed it was uninsulated, so decided to return. When I got to the service desk, the employee was pretty rude about it and in an obnoxious tone asked, “What’s wrong with it?” Before I was done explaining the reason for the return, he cut me off stating that he could only give me a refund in a form of a gift card because I had requested a gift receipt at the time of purchase, even though I had the original receipt, which didn’t make sense at all. Sure, a gift card would’ve been fine if all I had was a gift receipt, but with the original receipt? Come on. He pretty much told me that he doesn’t make the rule and it’s either the gift card or nothing at all, so now I’m stuck with a $100 gift card, no gift, and a disappointing experience. Bright side is, I’ll never shop at this location again. I’ll drive across town before stepping foot into this place again."
