"The guys cooking really know what they are doing fun to watch! Cooking behind the bar is a great concept, smash burgers are the best along with their homemade potato chips and the broccoli slaw! Other bar and grills who need a lesson on how to cook properly with creativeness go there to get a lesson!!!! Not a joke!!"
"I don’t have words for how great our experience was. Service from Morgan, Chloe, Jake, and Flynn was awesome. Facility is crazy clean and food is made front and center. Craft Drinks were stellar!! We tried the Sasquatch, Wilderness, and Backcountry Bloody all were really, really awesome. Draft beer was great. The double Bixenberg burger was LEGIT phenomenal and the house made chips and dip were insane. I watched the potato slices drop into the fryer. Now that’s fresh. This place is going to ratchet from local favorite to regional legend in no time. Our evening was 10 out of 10. We just went from first timers to regulars!! Thank you Team Bix !!!"
"We love Bixenberg! One of those places that just never seems to disappoint. An interesting variety of menu items that has been fun to explore, as well as AMAZING burgers that I keep coming back to. Staff is always engaging with great positive attitude regardless or how full/busy it is. Cannot recommend enough!!!"
"Enjoy an updated cozy country bar,hosted a group for the Superbowl,attentive staff,owners that make sure your satisfied with your visit.wings were top flight!! Drinks were fairly priced.food was great. Try the pickle fries, homemade seasoned chips and the black bean burger.The tall old fashioned was a hit. Nice tap selection.Enjoy"
