"This is my home Starbucks and everybody who works here is great. Philecia always greets me with a smile in the morning. I usually stop on my way to work early in the morning and all the ladies know my order and always greet me by name. The afternoon crew I do not know as well, but this is a great Starbucks and everyone is always very sweet and attentive."
"Went through the drive thru for a Honey Citrus Mint because I’m sick. The barista refused to accept my order and said they won’t make that because the lemonade is wrecking their equipment…. Even though it’s on the menu. She offered me a water instead… I told her never mind and went to a different location that was happy to make me what I was asking for. Won’t be stopping at the Germantown store anymore."
