"Great food and fast but there is a communication barrier for sure. I asked for an Ice Tea and they gave me a cup and charged me for a soft drink but when I went to the drink station there was no Ice T. They wouldn’t let me trade my cup in for one of their bottled Ice Ts either so I just left because I didn’t feel like causing a ruckus. I understand a language barrier on some things but if it’s something they sell they should know what it’s called. Anyway still a great place to eat I’ll come back. Just thought maybe management could work on product knowledge with the staff so it doesn’t happen to more people."
"I ordered a chicken bowl with just simple add-ons. I ordered through the app ahead of time and had to wait an extra 10mins while 4 walk-ins were served before me. When they finally handed me my bag of food and I got home it was only rice and peppers in my bowl. I'm not sure if this was a targeted hate crime or just lazy workers. I will never return to this location."
"I got so few chips In comparison to the past. The pico was just tomatoes. The woman on register was not friendly. For the kids meal my girls were given these flimsy plastic cups that broke when she tried to put a lid on which there was no lid for it because it was a generic version of a Dixie cup. I was disappointed with the service. Tables were dirty not longer my favorite."
"I never write reviews but I felt compelled to write one about this place. We will never be going back again, the 1 staff members was polite and respectful. The other 2 were very hard to understand due to the loud music. The 1 guy had ear buds in and the other was just rude in general. I didn't get asked or offered about 1/2 the toppings I wanted on my tacos and burrito. The ground beef was burnt. The brisket was all spice. The steak was hardly flavored. I was really looking forward to having Qdoba, but this experience killed it for me."
