"Have not been to Fred's since I lived out in Burlington many years ago. But the food is still delicious and the atmosphere is great. The bar tender was super nice and friendly and easy on the eyes. I will definitely be back more often, just for the food alone"
"It's been over a year, but we HAD to come back (made the trek from Illinois). We started with the Frings and a bowl of their chili (SOFA KING GOOD). For lunch, I had the Jack Chicken sandwich and she had the Jam burger w/ garlic. Why did we wait so long???? So good!!!!"
"One of the greatest burgers in the world! That may be a bit of a stretch, but these are some seriously good burgers. They’re definitely up there as far as the best burger in the area. Don’t skip the homemade chips though either. Those ARE the greatest potato chips you’ll find anywhere!"
"First off, the staff was very rude, when I tried to place my order at the bar the bartender was disrespectful and kept repeating the same phrases very loudly in my face, I don’t like confrontation so I just said everything was fine the way it came and I didn’t care much, when our food came we had gotten extra things we didn’t even order and were going to be charged for it until we refused the food we didn’t order. The burgers were average but the homemade chips had so many big chunky potato ends that weren’t even close to being chips like pictured in the menu, bathroom was very clean though, all in all, I suggest going to some other burger place, this one just wasn’t good."
