"Worst drive thru experience ever. Dark menu board, asked if they had an item, they didn't. Got a reply with major attitude. Got to the window, she took my $, pursed lips, pissed off. No thank you offered. I asked if everything was OK because I didn't get a thank you. Got a curtsey and a smart thank you. Thank goodness she turned the blizzards upside down. Pulled over to a garbage can and threw them away. I'm not eating something from an employee (20ish female, brown hair) with so much unnecessary attitude. Probably spend $500/year at this location. Won't be back."

"Worst service I've had in a long time at any restaurant. Our receipt said that Christine was our cashier; she was rude and quite unpleasant. I asked a simple question about the menu and she just looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language. It took a very long time to get our order, some of which I then noticed she had entered incorrectly. I paid $0.69 for a ranch dip and she didn't put it in the bag. When my daughter went up to get it she had the gall to accuse my daughter of lying about it! They have ads for hiring now, but who would want to work with someone like that? The kids meals have an option of a banana as the side, which is great, except that the bananas were so green my kids won't be able to eat them for at least a few days until they become ripe. I tried to complete the phone survey, but it disconnected as soon as the call went through. Save your time and money and go somewhere else."

"Worst service I've ever had. I waited at least 10 min to get my order taken than he was rude with me than when I finally got my food I had a hair in it and I went to say something and I stood there being ignored again and I was on the clock as a truck driver so I had to leave very unhappy and upset with what I paid money for. I am a loyal customer of our local DQ so this hurt being treated like a nobody and like my oder or money didn't matter. I wish these weren't chains so I could talk to someone about it!"

"This Dairy Queen always takes a long time for food or ice cream, every time I've ever been here. Cakes are the best! Food is eh. Could be much cleaner and updated. Service is just ok. Some of the ladies are friendly but it always looks understaffed."

"Went here on a Sunday afternoon. Seeing only one person working made us a bit hesitant. However, despite seeing multiple vehicles and people ordering, our food came out very speedily. Not only did the order come out quickly, but accurately as well. The music played for the customers was positive, encouraging, and uplifting. I will definitely be stopping in with our family again!"
