"I’ve been to this McDonald’s four times at around 6:00am (opening time) or after. I have yet to eat from here. Probably my fault for thinking I’d actually be served. The latest instance really annoyed me. I was at the drive thru for a good 20 minutes. A lady had told me she’d be with me “in a moment.” Cars came and went. I stayed in line. Another lady approaches the second lane and actually got her order taken. Within the first half hour they only served one customer out of a good 7 or 8 cars that passed by. Milwaukee fast food restaurants are the absolute worst."
"I only gave a star because that's the minimum. Horrible service. I placed and paid for my order on the app and after waiting 25mins for my food. I was told by a supervisor that he'll just give me my money back until I said I placed my order on the app. Then he rudely said he can't give me a refund but the app says to get it from the actual store. Horrible service and nobody knows what they're doing. They just need to shut down for good."
"Pulled in to the drive through had to repeat my order about 6 times before he got it right. Then when I pulled around to pay one of the employees was outside by the window smoking weed. I wasn’t given a receipt. This store definitely need new management asap"
"Sign on the door says lobby opens at 6am. At 7:30am all the doors were locked. Asked a customer in the drive thru to let them know. They came out, said they weren't open due to staff? It takes zero staff to let me use the restroom and pick up a to go order. They said I would have to pay for something, well of course no problem. Okay let me ask my manager, never came back. Service is at an all time low."
"The fries were super salty, and the sandwiches were thrown together, cheese wasn’t melted, and it was barely warm. There were several young people in there that were just walking around. When the young lady took my order I could hear a-lot of commotion in the background as if someone was roughhousing. And there were several young people (males and females) outside making a-lot of commotion, to the point where I questioned whether it was safe to stay in drive thru. They were playing around, being loud, in and out the car. Wasn’t sure if they even belonged there, if they were getting a gun out of the vehicle or what. So unprofessional and scary too! I would not have stayed but I hadn’t eaten allday. Definitely not going back."
