"Very bad service, despite having at least a dozen employees in the kitchen. Don’t come here in a hurry, for online orders expect to be waiting for at least 10 minutes before being noticed even if your food is already in a bag growing cold. There is no management. I won’t be surprised if this franchise is out of business pretty soon."
"Ordered a meal around 6 PM when I received it my quarter pounder was not cooked all the way through it. It was super pink inside. Never really have any complaints about this location. First bad experience."
"Pathetic how slow, fast food is supposed to be. Placed online order. Arrived in drive thru. They said they aren’t taking any drive Thru orders. Been in drivehthru for 11 minutes ow. Moved 2 spots. Horrible service. Oh and no ice or sweet tea. Final drive thru person was nice and apologetic. Although it was almost 20 minutes to get our food."
"Worst mcdonald's by far in the city. Every single time i go to the drive thru and order anything, it's wrong or forgotten. It's been really bad lately. I ask everytime and repeat my order is everything inside my bag and it's yes,yes yes etc..it's never right. I'm tired of pulling everything out of my bag checking it every time. It happened again yesterday and i always go there because it's close. I'd never go to that one again. I'll burn the gas and time to go to a different one. If I'd give a minus star Review i would.. minus 5!"
"I ordered a breakfast burrito and a medium sweet tea the you lady repeated my order back to me And it was correct when I got to the window to pick up there was a man shoving a glass of orange juice out the window I said I ordered sweet tea He said we ain't got no sweet tea right now. No apologies no asking what I prefer another drink just a big old order of rudeness. I kept this sweet tea because I was afraid if I ask for something else he would spit in it. It's absolutely ridiculous the way that people treat their jobs these days. When I was 16 I worked at McDonald's and I would not have ever talked to anyone like that number one because I'm just not rude and number two because I wanted to keep my job."
