"What a cute place!! I went in there after a post on Milwaukee Foodie and I wasn't disappointed. We picked up several things (photos included) and went home to try them. Everything was amazing. Being from Germany myself it's very hard to find Bienenstich. Kurt's is amazing! It's not too sweet and the filling is custard based. The almond horns were amazing! They have just the right amount of almonds and chocolate. The store also has an eating area inside and out. The atmosphere was very welcoming and Kurt himself greeted us at the door. The prices are very reasonable and honestly, he could absolutely charge more and he'd probably get it. They have soups and sandwiches and salads, including German potato. I'll definitely be going back and recommending this place to all my friends."
