"My order was almost entirely wrong. I ordered an oreo shamrock shake, I got a regular one. I asked for a double quarter pounder, got a single. I wanted regular chicken nuggets, got spicy. Not only that but it took over 30 minutes to get my order and the gentleman couldn't even be bothered to walk out to the car, I had to walk back to him by the door to get it. At least they got my drink right."
"I ordered my food here and all I got was some burnt French fries(soggy), 2 of my burger was missing, the whole kids meal was wrong, and they gave me a mango smoothie that tasted weird and seems expired. I was so disappointed."
"I picked up lunch for my co-workers. I don't know why this place was so slow when there were only 2 ppl in line and no one in the drive-thru. The workers were just standing around talking. When it was time to take my order, the cashier told me there was a wait on fries. I finished ordering and waited 30 minutes. Was told they were still waiting on fries, but everyone else had their order and left. Finally , I handed the bag of food and was missing 2 sandwiches. For as long as I waited, the order should've been correct. At least the fries were hot."
"I don’t know if this okay with all the McDonald’s corporate, but every Mcd establishment in Milwaukee has some of the worst service ever. My husband and I stop at this location, one car before us and the person at the order box can’t seem to get our order right. My husband repeated 3xs , once we paid and got to the window to pick up the order, we were told to go park, and they will bring out the food to us. When he brought it out, there was no sauce for the nuggets and my husband mentioned that several times, and there were no straws. I had to go inside to get the sauce and on top of the person who handed me the suave gave me an attitude. Have the nerve to ask me didn’t I get any sauce? No! I didn’t. Please Mcd corporate, do better!!! Or this establishment will close down as well and that whole strip will be a ghost town due to businesses not able yo sustain due to horrible workers."
