"Staffs has an attitude, forgets to fill my order which took 20 min to complete. I asked for fresh donuts, mine were cold. They were not fresh as other customers' were hot."

"This place is absolutely ridiculous. Every time I go they are literally out of 80% of the donuts. It doesn’t matter if you get there right when they open or not they never have any variety. I’m not surprised though when you have 15 to 17 year old kids running the place. They are literally running the business into the ground. I remember one time where the drive through and inside was packed all day. It’s very sad what this place has turned into. I mean just like at the picture of the sprinkled donuts below. 0 motivation to make a decent donut."

"I showed up at 7:00pm, and told me they were all out of glazed donuts and asked if I could just come back tomorrow. I drove 25 mins and decided to order a dozen assorted donuts.. this is what I get. Just pathetic."

They went above and beyond to help me find just the right donuts for my birthday treat project for the next day and they even helped me find a coupon when things were getting outside my price range! "Date of visit: August 17, 2023 Easily visible. Plenty of parking as the only option to buy Krispy Kreme donuts is through the drive through!! The dining room has been closed for approximately 1 month now due to lack of staffing. As you go through the drive through, ignore the first sign showing all of the different donut options as they only have maybe three available. I placed my order at the order kiosk and by the time I got to the payment/pickup window I was told they only had chocolate glazed, normal glazed, and raspberry filled. Well, I got 4 of each to make a dozen as that was all I could choose from. Then I gave the young man a $20 to pay, and he tells me his register can now only accept debit/credit cards because he doesn't have enough cash on hand! He told me they cannot hire or retain enough employees so they close as soon as they run out of donuts which varies daily. This is also the reason the dining area is closed. The car behind me did not even get anything; they just drove through after me. As it was close to the dinner hour, the donuts had been sitting there since the morning and were not so tasty. Once I microwaved it for 8 seconds at home, it was better. It has been a long time since I had Krispy Kreme so I don't know if the recipe changed, but they seem to taste different. Krispy Kreme, do better. Figure out a way to hire and keep people or you will be closing this location soon. Thus far, disappointed."
