"There's at least 5 locations in my area that we have frequented often, but out of all of the locations we go to, this is the best by far! The staff is always friendly. The restaurant is always clean. The food is 98% of the time perfect. Management is involved and attentive to their team and customers. I drive out of my way just to come to this location, because it's clean and a great dining experience!"
"ALL OTHER MCDONALDS NEED TO TAKE A PAGE FROM THIS MCDONALDS'S PLAYBOOK IMMEDIATELY!!!They do not argue with customers. They do not try to kill thier customers with things they are allergic to like the mcdonalds on sheridan. They make thier food proudly even at 3:30am with a smile they are happy to be there they are delighted that we are there customers can feel the energy you bring to that window. The rest of you are about as great as trusting a fart. Except for a few of the good workers at sheridan mcdonalds shout out to my homies there the 2 of you! The rest of the store needs to be drastically fixed.but these guys are the best mcdonalds in kenosha always fresh fries fresh pies fresh meat and chicken the ice cream machine isnt always broken! The coffee machine works I dont get those things but I've asked them!"
"Two words…. Slow and Unfriendly. I have never waited so long in a McDonald’s drive-thru… and there were only two cars in front of me. I have no idea why it was so slow. To make it worse, the people at both windows seemed miserable. You could tell they hated being there and could care less about smiling or saying hello. They could have at least faked it. The good news was…. My Filet-O-Fish was delicious. And the Diet Coke was good. I am hoping the next time I go to this McDonald’s they speed it up a little, say hello, AND smile!"
"Placed an order for one breakfast sandwich, two hashbrowns and a medium orange juice and proceeded to pay the guy at the first window what I thought was the same total I was told over the intercom. When I pulled up to the next window, the employee tried to hand me something completely different from what I ordered. Looked at my receipt and it was something totally different. I ended up paying the difference in change/coins. Not sure what, or whom, the oder taker was listening to, but it seemed like they didn't even have what I ordered up on their screens. Also, rather than have me pull ahead to keep the line moving expeditiously, they had me wait at the second window for them to correct my order."
