"Sat down, took 30 mins before we started to get our drinks. Didn't get all of them. Then, food order & drink order was wrong or missing. Waiter went missing for awhile. Had to ask another waiter for help. When talking to the manager on staff about the issues, he pushed them onto the GM. Who wouldn't be in until 3 days later when we weren't in town anymore. Mind you we were on vacation and celebrating a friend's birthday this day and ended up just not having it. Will NOT be back to this location."

"The food was good but nothing to write home about. Did not have any marinara sauce for the mozzarella sticks. It was a slow evening and food took a very long time to get out to us. Wait staff was very polite, it was also nice to see the manager going around to all the tables to say hi and check in on how things were going. Very professional."

"We went with a group on Sunday at 4:30 and almost no one was there. They sent only one server to take 18 people’s orders. We never received waters or anything to drink for over 30 minutes but instead started getting appetizers and salads before the drinks even arrived. I asked the bartender if we could get waters and she refused and said she would let our server know. Food started coming out before drinks came out. Their tap beer was not available so instead of getting a tall, cold tap beer for their $4 happy hour special, I instead received a $5 warm bottle of Miller Lite. My daughter got an oreo shake that had sat out so long the whipped cream had melted into the shake and it wasn’t all that cold anymore. We ordered a burger and fries as well as two pasta dinners. My dinner was supposed to be a glazed chicken over pasta and instead it was dried out chicken strips with almost no glaze. $60 for three of us and to get a refill of water and soda we had to go up to the bar and get it ourselves. I left a $10 tip still but felt ripped off because we never received any service the whole time other than getting our bill at the end of the meal. The whole time we were there I kept looking over at Culver’s wondering why we didn’t just go there."

"Stopped in for lunch and two of us decided to get the all-you-can-eat soup, salad and breadstick lunch. The lettuce on the all you can eat special seemed old like it was sitting out at room temperature for quite awhile. It was warm and rubbery and no where near crisp and fresh tasting. We had the tortilla and french onion soups which were just ok - nothing special. Since it was all you can eat, we asked the server for another soup and breadstick right away to get our order in however it still took some time before it came out. I would assume the soup is already prepared so dishing up another one shouldn't be too much effort. I thought the waitress was pleasant and overall did an ok job. All in all however, this dining experience does not measure up to the Applebees I remember from 10 or so years ago. It almost seems as if this chain has seen it's better days."

"Stopped with my little family after a day of Christmas errands for what we thought would be a reasonably priced tasty meal. WRONG We were seated by the hostess at a tall bar table; my husband, me, my kids of 8,4 &1. No high chair possible, no booster offered and a 4ft drop to the floor should my wiggly 1 yr old manage to escape. Now mom or dad would have to hold the toddler the whole meal. Then it became apparent we would actually have to sit at the 2 far ends of the booth because there were 2 GAPING DUCT-TAPE PATCHED HOLES in the center of the booth. At this point I should have asked to be moved, but they weren't seating people anywhere but these tall tables and this was the last one.. Later as more people arrived they cleaned and used other tables but we were just trying to get this over with by then. The food was slow, over cooked and fairly tasteless. The kids chicken strips were so overdone and hard that I ended up having to give my 8 & 1 yr old my gloppy pasta dish to share. As we are trying to end this nightmare the "manager" walks by and asks how things are. I was so angry I couldn't speak but my husband pointed out the problems with the booth to which he said "yeah sorry bout that." And walks off. We won't be back. Ever. TLDR: Do Not Go Here: Bad food, safety hazard and health hazard."
