"I’ve been going to Redwing Delafield for all of my boot needs for the past several years. The owner Will, and Manager Charlie always make sure you’re taken care of and come out with the best product that fits your needs. Would recommend their Delafield and Brookfield stores to anyone! The customer service doesn’t stop with Will or Charlie their entire team is the best in the industry."
"I was sized as a 9.0 D at this location. I was measured on the machine and the sales associate said a 9.5 or 9 wide would be too large on me and turn into a clown shoe look so I reluctantly agreed and purchased a size 9.0 D iron ranger. I have been wearing them 40+ hours for 5 weeks and still feel tight ( despite the sales associate telling me they’d stretch out a lot in this time). I just took my boots to another red wing location to be stretched and was sized there as a 10 in iron rangers. I just wish I was sized properly in the future to avoid all this in the first place."
