"I contacted Ron about a washing machine issue. First, he connected me in a 3-way call to the store I purchased it from to see if it was still under warranty. It wasn’t. Then he told me to checkout a most common cause and it worked. I will definitely use Ron’s when another issue arises."

It pays to call a repair person who knows his business, is honest, and isn't trying to talk you into buying a new one. He is friendly and professional and his pricing was very fair."

"II would like to give a shout out to Ron's Appliance. My refrigerator wasn't working, but my freezer was. I called Ron to make an appointment, he gave me some things to try first and told me to text him what happened after I tried what he wanted me to do. I told him I probably wouldn't be able to get back to him until after 5:00. He said, no worries, just text me back. I did - wasn't really expecting a response, as what he told me to do got my refrigerator working again. At 7:30 pm Ron called me to make sure my refrigerator was working and gave me some other tips. I really appreciated him giving me some things to try first instead of coming over and charging me for something which turned out to be an easy fix. If I have any other appliance issues in the future, Ron's Appliance will now be my first call!! Thanks for saving me money!!"

"When our refrigerator simply stopped cooling, I searched around for an appliance repair service. Ron was the first to return my call. Rather than simply schedule a visit, he asked me a series of questions about what was wrong. He advised me that because of the distance he would have to travel, there would be a minimum charge. He told me things to check, before coming out. We talked a few times, and he kindly followed up. As a result, I was able to repair the problem myself! Okay, I’m handy, and good with tools, but Ron’s guidance and reassurance truly helped me.
