"We went there to look at tables and filled out an application to see if we would be approved. We left and waited for a call stating that our credit was accepted and that we could move forward with the process. We never got that call. So we forgot about the item. Two weeks later, these people called asking for a payment that was supposedly a week late! We asked for what item it was supposedly late for (remember we didn’t get a call stating we were approved) and they looked at the record and I guess they must’ve confused themselves because they hung up. After that the business proceeded to harass us, calling us every day for a week! Leaving voicemail after voicemail about late payments and to please call them. We ignored the calls because we didn’t have any item from them nor did we see or sign any contract papers. We finally answered one of their calls today and they asked AGAIN about late payments!! (Remember we had no item of theirs nor signed any type of contract!) We told them YET AGAIN that we had NOT received ANY notice about our approval. So we decided to forget about the table, and that we had NOT signed anything. They seemed shocked that we didn’t know that they don’t call anyone to tell them they've been approved! They just expect you to KNOW IT!! Hopefully today was the last call about supposed late payments for an item we have not contracted for. If not, legal action will be pursued for harassment because this is enough. We DO NOT have the item and we DID NOT sign any papers SO PLEASE STOP HARASSING US! Thank you!!!"

"Mostly nice people but buyer beware!!! It’s not like Rent A Center where you can rent to own. You are locked into a contract where they will charge you the highest interest that is legal. You own it no matter what. They were also very rude and inconsiderate since I moved back to South Carolina. I still agreed to paid and then hurricane Florence devastated the our area. I got back with them within a week and paid a month and now they want 2 months?!?!? Yeah sure no problem after a hurricane clean up!!!! Hindsight being 50/50 I should have bought a cheap mattress to get by for a couple of bucks instead of spending over $1200 for a $400 bed!! I would not buy here!!!"

"not bad- kinda like American or other companies where you want something NOW!!! you pay maybe $200 more for something and make payments, really not a bad deal. BUT- my problem with them is they work off of commission... once they have your phone number they don't stop calling! I have bought 2 things there and paid them both off within 2 months and have not returned in nearly 2 years- and yet they keep calling trying to push their "deals" on me. STOP CALLING! if I want something I will come in if I want to- I don't care about your deals and specials. on a side note- making payments to them is reported as a loan to credit bureaus, but only to one unlike most loans. so it doesn't help your credit by much. so overall not bad, but they are pushy."
