Little Caesars Pizza

"Never once have we had a successful delivery. This could be a result of lazy/dishonest drivers but given other reviews the staff being bad is just as likely. Something is ALWAYS missing and orders can sometimes take triple the estimated time. Sadly my kid loves their pizza. That's the only reason we've tried several times"

"I ordered a cheese pizza at approximately 4:00 PM with pick up shortly after 5:00. I arrived around 5:20 and found a lobby filled with about 15 people waiting and no staff to be seen. 10 minutes later, when no one had come to greet anybody who was waiting in line, the first person in line stuck their head behind the counter and said, “is there a manager here” after we saw two employees put their coats on and leave. At that point someone saying they were the manager came out yelling at the man that he was not allowed behind the counter because he was “getting too comfortable” and couldn’t cross the line to be behind the counter. The First Gentleman in line stated that he had ordered his food at 1:00 pm, received a message saying it was ready for pick up, and then was told that it was not ready at all after he had arrived there around 4:15 (it was 5:20 at that point). They then began a yelling exchange with each other, with the gentleman asking the manager to call the police and I decided to leave the lobby as I did not feel safe to be there with my two children waiting for my pizza. I will not continue to purchase Little Caesars at this location going forward because my orders cannot be filled and I don’t feel safe in the hostile environment the lobby typically has. Update: 12/12/23 Neither the location or corporate has replied to my complaints and request for a refund."

"This place has really gone down. Used to be decent in overall taste and price. Customer service no longer exists as this location. Management and staff are negligent and inept. Please, don’t allow a customer to order something that is out of stock/unavailable. Focus on your quality. It was average at its best and now with little management/corporate oversight it’s even worse."

"Still by far the worst little Caesars ever, all the LC chain in Milwaukee are horrible. How are these employees even hired ? Horrible customer service. I ordered 10 pizza for my kids birthday for pick up at 630PM. I ordered at noon. I came in at 630 and was greeted with horrible attitude , Nisha the worker was like oh we been gave your pizza away? I'm like how? I ordered for pick up for 630PM and I have my receipt. She said no one came so they gave away. She then got loud and said you're going to have to wait 2 hrs for your pizza. I said forget that I want my refund. She then yelled her workers in the back " this is why we getting closed down" . I wouldn't be surprised if this location gets shut down by it's poor staff. There were several customers waiting for their pizza too. I ended up ordering from pizza hut as they were able to get my ordered in and done on 25 mins."

"Got there at 11, was told they can't have pizza till 11:30 or 12 because they haven't counted the safe yet. Have some sense and get this done before you open. Needless to say I will never return to this mess of a store, I can see why there are so many one star reviews"
