"I've been to so many Floor and Decors recently in order to complete a home project but this one by far has the most helpful staff and the friendliest! I don't think there was a worker on the floor that didn't ask me if I needed something. Josh did end up helping me with so much stuff; he loaded tile onto my cart, helped with which grout I needed and even price comparisons. I really appreciated that he loaded all that tile into my truck as well! I'll definitely be coming to this store for the rest of my project needs! Thanks Josh!!"
"This Floor & Decor location is great. It seems to be bigger than the one we have closer to our house, and the service here is very quick. The personnel is friendly and helpful. We bought the tiles that we did not find at any other locations. We were very satisfied with the visit."
"I worked with one of the designers and they doubled the quantities I needed, because they told me it’s best to over buy in case the tiles go out of stock, and I could return anything unused. I found this odd to overbuy so much but I listened to the designer. This should have been a red flag. When I got the tiles home there were tiles that were several broken pieces. I called them when I opened the boxes and they told me I can bring it and return. I waited till the end of my project so I could return the unused and broken at once. When I went to return the pieces they manager was Lisa was very rude and refused to take the tiles back. They refused to take any of the broken ones even though it came that way and some of the extra pieces were a little dusty they refused to those as well. They said I was lying about it coming broken and I must have broken it myself. I bought over 100 boxes of tile. The tile was marble which is known to break easily. I can’t believe the manager would claim she knew for certain it didn’t come broken. I am sure they do not inspect every piece of every tile in every case. Such an unpleasant experience. I feel they guarantee the returns so people buy extra and than refuse the returns to up their sales."
