"Serviceable enough. The stars are mostly for the price point, which was lower than any other option in the immediate area. The service itself (changing two tires) was speedy enough, taking less than an hour. Customer service was less than stellar tho, with long wait times and apathetic face-to-face interactions."
"Tried getting an oil change on my Silverado was told I couldn't get the oil change due to one employee working at the time I went by. Decided to do some shopping while I was there and guess what I saw about 2-3 Auto employees walking around the store."
