"They said precisely two words to me the entire time I was there for a pre scheduled oil change. “Keys?” And “$55.28”. The change took between 55 minutes and a hour, with two cars entering and exiting during that time (I was the only person waiting in the shop, one of the cars was dropped off before I arrived and and the other car was dropped off while I was there). They never gave me a time estimate (again they literally said two words to me the entire time) and I don’t even think they looked at me when I paid. The young female customer that came in was met with smiles jokes and laughter by the workers, and there was no indication that they had a prior relationship with the customer based on what was said. I felt I was not treated with respect but I came for an oil change and that’s what I got, and I have no indication that they do poor work, which is why I gave 3 stars."
"Great fast service! Got me in same day I called and got me back on the road home. Prices for parts and labor about average, lower labor hourly rate than dealership. Very happy!"
"Broke down passing through Platteville and Garveys got me in to replace my alternator and I was on the road in less than 3 hours. Let my dog wait with us in the waiting room instead of in the car in negative temps. Super reasonably priced."

"I normally am not one to leave one star reviews but unfortunately I feel it is necessary this time. I brought my car in for a tire change and rotation and several mistakes were made during the installation. The first issue was that the lug nuts were over torqued and one was cross threaded causing the stud to break on removal. The second issue was what made this review one star. My winter tires were installed in the wrong orientation. Running directional tires backwards decreased hydroplaning resistance and can accelerate tire wear. This mistake was a safety hazard and I am lucky to have not suffered an accident in the winter storm I drove through."
