"It is easily assessable from road. The store does seem a little cluttered and staff are sometime talking with staff about non business topics and make you wait. The staff does know where their items are in the store though and has a good selection of items that are not expensive."
"Managers and staff are rude. Follow you around like your a criminal.make snide comments if you look thru the clearance items.very very rude! Used to spend lot of money here and still got treated poorly.now. i shop at the prairie du chien wi store bc they are very helpful there and MUCH nicer to their guests!"
