"I think the service you get depends on who is working. I have been a regular customer and the service used to be 5 stars every time. Now, I couldn’t get a regular coffee without it tasting like water. The hot carmelicious which was my go to became unrecognizable. Definitely don’t drive off to far without tasting your coffee first, incase you need to return it."
"Worst place to work and get food and drinks from. Baristas are very immature and shouldn’t be working there. Managers have a terrible way of communicating with their employees and shift leads are also terrible. My aunt had a bad experience with one named Kendra. We will never go here again, would not recommend unless they get new management in there. 0/10 would not recommend."
