"The male boy manager in charge of Night Shift needs to be fired. He disrespects his fellow employees right in front of customer View and ear. Nobody feels like working for him. I do not want to come back if that man isn't going. He is a disgrace to the food service industry and only wants his check. All of your other staff are phenomenal! Just that one gentleman that runs night shift that clearly is only there for him."

"Nice, clean restrooms. The inside eating area was also very nice and clean. The employee that took my order was super friendly with an authentic smile. The team seemed to mesh well being it was the lunch rush hour. The restaurant sits right near the river and offers really good views for it's location in town. The parking is very accommodating and the vibes inside were very pleasant. I will definitely be returning to this one for many more lunches to come! Well done!"

"Manchester Iowa Location. Complain concerning: Robin Ciara. I’m EXTREMELY irritated. My husband and I go to Burger King at least once a month with coupons. We have a family of 7. My husband went through the line, the person working the cash window was pleasant. Robin was working food window; my husband felt her mood and was apologizing for a larger order, he spent $33. She didn’t say a word to him, was basically tossing the drinks at him, as if he was the sole reason for her mood that day. Then when handing his food she barely had the food out the window, before slamming the window and not responding to him at all, no thank you, nothing. To make this even more annoying and inconvenient, we didn’t get any straws for the 3 drinks we ordered. Also, the bread was INEDIBLE, on all the chicken sandwiches. I called into the store to make a complaint. “Oh okay” was the answer I received. We decided not to bring the food back, hauling 5 children in and out of our van on a cold night, wasting gas on top of that, wasting our breath on a worker who doesn’t seem to give two flips about her job, or the customers."
