"Stopped for a quick snack. My group had an Oreo blizzard, moolate, and a banana split. The blizzard was blended well and the worker even flipped it. The moolate was good but we had to ask twice for whipped topping. The banana split was made well and it was delicious. The prices are in my opinion quite high. Even so it was a nice treat for us. The staff was friendly. The service was acceptable."
"I paid $6 for a Oreo hot cocoa blizzard that was all vanilla ice cream? The top had a few chunks of Oreo so I didn't think about it much when I grabbed it from the gal through the window. When I got home realized it was all just vanilla ice cream. How lazy, what a waste."
"Ice cream machine wasn't working but staff was super about the holdup and gave us coupons for free sundaes in the future. Greatly appreciated. Rest of food was excellent as always."
"Went through the drive thru and told them I wanted a number 5 with no onion or tomato and never received a drink or fries. I guess they assume you just want a burger. The guy at the window became defensive when ask where my drink was after I ordered two other meals. Disappointing Dairy Queen. The guy at the windows name was Chris. Not a people person and should NOT be taking orders if he doesn’t know how to do it appropriately."
"My family frequents here for ice cream as we live only a mile away. The customer service is so horrible and our ice cream comes completely melted. We’ve decided to stop going after tonight we received what looked like a glass of milk. I understand it is hard for the ice cream machine to keep up when it’s busy, but it’s every time we go."
