"After having bad experiences at several mechanics. I decided to trust and take my vehicle to Dee’s. I live in Arcadia and drive to Winona for my alignment needs for both my vehicles. I have had both of my vehicles very well taken care off here. I even referred my family members. I trust Dee’s Auto Care with my vehicles. They are super friendly and treat their customers with care! The mechanic that was at the front desk explained everything in the alignment and answered all my questions with so much patience. Thank you Dee’s Auto!!"

"I had called Dee’s because my check engine light came on and wanted to see exactly what it was and if they could fix it. I brought it in and they determined what the problem was and estimated about a week hopefully to get it completely repaired because one of the parts was on back order. I went with them because they claimed they could get it done the fastest and that’s also why I was willing to pay more thinking it would get done in a timely manner. It ended up taking almost a month for me to get all the repairs done, mainly because they broke/cracked a few of my valve covers and that part was also on back order. I asked if I could drive it with broken valve covers or if it would cause farther damage. They said it was fine to drive, turns out it was not. They got the new valve covers on (which they did cover the cost for) and then somehow I then needed a new O2 sensor because it had “worn out”. At that point I stopped doing service with them and went to Fountain City Ford which they replaced it for two times less than what I was quoted at Dee’s. I did not appreciate the fact that I had to come back multiple times because the issue I came in with was not getting resolved. I don’t trust that they know what they’re doing and I don’t trust that they’re honest. Everyone I worked with was nice, but I never plan on bringing my vehicle there again. It’s more expensive and I don’t trust them doing honest and quality work. I meant to post a review awhile ago, this service was at the end of 2022. Hopefully they have gotten better."

"Dee's auto care specialist is an amazing place if you need repairs on your car. My oil pan was rusted and seeping oil and I needed to get it repaired as soon as I could. Every other place in Winona wouldn't even be able to look at my car a week out. I called Luke at Dee's auto and they were able to look at it that night/ get it repaired the next afternoon! They also found my throttle body had blockage and fixed that as well. Their online system via text or email is amazing to accept/ decline repairs, pay your balance, and even see pictures of what needs work to know they aren't trying to fix something that's not broke just to make more money. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly and I highly recommend going through Dee's!"
