"I didn't like the attitude we got from the woman at the window. We went through the drive thru and thought we heard to go to the second window. When we approach the second window, the woman said we were supposed to pay at the first window. Which at most fast food places is no issue, they usually have payment at the second window. But she said we can't pay there and either have to back up in the drive through or go all the way through the drive through again. Which isn't the attitude I expected at all. The blonde employee was super nice though when she gave us our food. They missed a donut, but the guy there had no issue with providing the donut when I walked inside. Of the 3 employees there, 2 out of 3 were quite pleasant."
"I stopped there at About 4:00 PM we ordered five mini blueberry and five glazed, donut holes and then two other donuts. She brings it up and goes to hand it to him and then says oh we just gave you a mixture of the holes. I said that’s fine whatever. We left. All of the donuts were hard and dry and crunchy not fresh at all. I will continue to buy donuts at Quiktrip or Walmart before ever going there again. I was the only customer in there. There was two gals and a guy I’ll just kind of standing around none of them very friendly."
"Ordered in drive-thru Ordered egg and sausage for 3.00 on the menu. Was told they were almost 5.00. 4 dollars and change. Received a bagel one that I can't eat. If you don't have the 3.00 one why put it there. It sad ..cant spell corssant"
"I would give a higher rating if it wasn't for Justice. I am a daily customer EVERY time she is working I wait 20 + minutes. She is in reverse. I have went thru drive up and came in to witness her moving in reverse. They need to do something or lose customers."
"Terrible experience. Been in drive thru for 25 plus minutes, no apology for the long wait. Once youre in drive there's no way to get out as your sandwiched in. Seems to be low staffed, but staff that's working is taking their sweet time. Would give zero stats if I could."
