Charleys Cheesesteaks

"Me and my husband went there and I cannot say enough of how disappointed I was. We each ordered the Philly cheese steak with cheese & bacon fries. We proceeded to wait for our food for over 45 minutes, and when we got it the fries were cold, the cheese was ice cold, and the bacon on top was literally still frozen, and forgot to put half the toppings on our sandwich. My Husband took our food back up and the 1 worker that was there proceeded to tell him he was late for work and didn't have time to heat anything up."

"I came here around 4:30 too order two large lemonades and I sat there for around ten minutes with three other people waiting for someone to serve us. no one was up front, it’s actually pathetic. There were two people sitting in the back on their phone acknowledging that we were sitting there and yet still didn’t help us. Once the guy finally came up he had horrible work ethic and horrible service honestly should be fired!"

"I ordered a Philly Cheesesteak and it was the most disgusting sandwiches I’ve ever had. I opened it within 5 minutes of receiving it and the paper was practically disintegrating because the bread was soaking wet. Also the contents of the sandwich were outside of the bread. I called after I opened the sandwich as I had gotten it to go and left (I have a screaming baby) and no one answered. I wasn’t even able to leave a voicemail. Don’t waste your money here."

"Decided to try Charley’s today and I waited over ten minutes for my food when the place wasn’t busy. I watched employees standing around. Once I got my food, my sandwich was not even edible, the bread was soaking wet with and the sand which fell apart and couldn’t even be eaten. I tried calling multiple times to try to make this right & got no answer. This was a waste of my time and money. Will not be returning."

"Let me start out by saying, I love Charley’s! I have worked in the food industry for 14 years and the service and employee work ethic at this location was not even subpar. At 2:30pm on 6/18 I ordered a regular Philly, no pickle, large peach lemonade and fries w/bacon-side of ranch. Employee was vaping in the back while the other two were getting orders. At first I thought there was 5 employees, but two of them were not even employees in the back as I saw them walking around the mall later. I had all the time in the world to observe because 15 min. After ordering, I received my sub w/no tomato— when asked they told me the food truck didn’t come today, there was no bacon on my fries- they proceeded to ask me if I even wanted the bacon because it was frozen. At that point, I just told them to give me my food as my family was already finished eating at this point. I was not the only customer frustrated with this service. I asked for a receipt and they didn’t know how to print one after the fact (wanted for review). Suggestion for employees: stock your product after you use it, stop vaping and chit chatting on the job. These employees do not take their job seriously. I am not surprised this location has low stars on google. This was a terrible experience and I will NEVER be back. I ate a few bites and went to the sushi place because of course the meat was soooo over done. What a waste of $17."
