"Indica flower is good. The staff wasn't very knowledgeable compared to other shops. But its understandable considering this day and age. Good help is non-existent. Thc-a was responsible priced and glass is super good prices compared to other states."
"Stopped in today to look around for a gift for someone. Both girls working seemed only interested in talking to each other. Asking them questions took multiple tries only to get unfriendly responses that made me feel dumb. Usually have such a great friendly experience there and haven't seen these two workers before so was disappointed and surprised with how they acted."
"I was under the impression that if I tried out a disposable vape in store and it was faulty, I could exchange it for a new one? Bought a juice head yesterday. I tried it out in store and it was definitely faulty. I mentioned to the employee that I think there’s something wrong with it. She replies, is there something wrong or is it just a light flavor? I said, it has a weird taste to it. It doesn’t taste good or right. It tasted like pure chemicals and disgusting. She seemed to think I was lying based off her tone. She said “I just bought that exact one the other day and it was a light flavor all juice heads are”. I know that’s not true. I’ve purchased one before and it tasted nothing, not even close, to this taste. It wasnt a burnt coil taste, it was chemical tasting. So I tried again based off what she said, same thing. I showed reservations to her comment. After again saying, I don’t know it tastes really bad, she then doubled down on her thinking “it’s a light flavor” so I then gave up and said “yeah a light chemical flavor” and just walked out. I wasn’t going to continue arguing and trying to prove it was defective. Even after that, I thought well maybe it just needs to charge. So I let it charge overnight. Wake up and try again. Same thing. A terrible chemical taste and now it’s not even firing correctly. So I just threw away $25. Which is not great. This place is very hit or miss. I’ve had good experiences but I’ve also had bad ones. Now I’m contemplating on ever returning."
